1. Processing Time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after successful payment.
2. Shipping Time
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and other circumstances.
Estimated delivery time is generally 9–15 business days, but delays may occur.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Where free shipping is offered, the applicable shipping cost may already be included in the product price.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to the customer where available.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. Customs Delays or Restrictions
Some products may be subject to import restrictions or customs requirements in the destination country. Delivery may be delayed or an order may be returned or refused by customs.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos or information. We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier where applicable.
9. Delivery Delays
